• Ring resizing: up or down (±2 sizes), at the studio or with a partner jeweller chosen by the studio, free up to twice within 30 days of receipt
• Re-soldering: broken joints, detached elements
• Re-polishing & re-patinating: restoring the original surface finish
• Stone setting: repositioning or replacing a loose stone
• Clasp replacement: for chains and bracelets
• Chain repair: broken links
• Structural restoration: for damaged or distorted pieces

• Photograph your piece and email a description of the damage to customerservice@brigitteengel.com
• We reply within 48 hours with an assessment and a fixed-price quote
• Once you have accepted the quote, send your piece to the studio (we recommend registered post)
• We repair, refinish and return your piece within 2 to 4 weeks
• Return shipping to you is covered by the studio, wherever you are

All repairs carried out by the studio come with a 6-month guarantee.
