Products & Prices

All prices are displayed in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order.

Pieces are offered as one-of-a-kind works, as limited editions or as continuous editions made to order. As every piece is finished by hand, it carries minute variations: no two are ever perfectly identical. Availability is indicated on the product page.

Ordering Process

  1. Select your piece and add it to the cart
  2. Proceed to secure Stripe checkout
  3. Enter your delivery address and payment details
  4. Confirm your order

Depending on the delivery country and the order amount, payment in 3 interest-free instalments may be offered at checkout. The full schedule is shown before you confirm. No fees or interest are added to the price shown.

Some pieces are offered on request: their price is not displayed and they cannot be ordered online. The studio sends you a written offer (price, lead time, terms). The sale is concluded upon your acceptance and remains subject to these terms, including the right of withdrawal.

Delivery

Free delivery to every country served by the studio.

Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are covered by the studio. In most destinations nothing further is due on delivery. Where local rules have the carrier collect these charges (as in the United Kingdom), the studio reimburses them in full on proof of payment.

Delivery time after dispatch confirmation: 1 to 2 business days in France, 2 to 4 in Europe, 5 to 7 for other destinations.

The studio cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or customs.

Right of Withdrawal

The studio grants you a withdrawal period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, without having to give any reason. This is more generous than the legal minimum of 14 days set by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Return shipping costs are borne by the studio.

Refunds

Refunds are made in full to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Warranties

All pieces benefit from a 2-year studio warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you can contact the studio directly at customerservice@brigitteengel.com. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter to consumer mediation, free of charge.
